About
I am a master student at King’s College London, with a background in biological sciences. I hope to pursue research in systems and computational neuroscience.
My long-term interest is in how repeated experience shapes the representations and processing rules through which we perceive and act. I want to understand how these learned structures become relatively automatic, how they organise subsequent experience, and what allows them to persist or change when something unexpected happens.
I am particularly interested in connecting computational accounts of learning and inference with measurable changes in information selection, neural population activity and behaviour.

How does the brain turn experience into a way of perceiving, acting and being?
I am interested in how experience becomes part of the organisation of mind: shaping what we notice, how we act and how we experience ourselves.

I completed dual bachelor’s degrees in Biological Sciences at Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University and the University of Liverpool. My previous research experience includes resting-state fMRI and rTMS, zebrafish behavioural and molecular work, and morphological and genomic research.
